Shipping Policy

 

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of order submission date. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak season (November to December), we will likely experience longer process times and extended ship times. If there are any significant delays in shipment, you will be notified. We only ship to the US.

For store pickup orders, orders will be processed 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you notifying you that your order is ready. Showing this email (mobile or printed) is required for pickup.

 

Return and Refund Policy

Returns are only allowed within 15 days of customer receiving their purchase (shipment arrival date or pickup date). Products must be unaltered (no stains, washing, fitments, or use more than to try on) to be eligible for return. Customer must also pay for return shipping. 

Once merchandise has been returned, customer will receive a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
